Dycotec Materials have released a cost effective nanocopper ink, DM-CUI-5010, for aerosol printing using Optomec print systems.  The ink offers a low cost alternative to nanosilver systems and can be readily sintered using the in-line infra-red laser systems provided by Optomec.  The ink exhibits excellent adhesion on glass and ITO based substrates making it an ideal material for touch screen and display use as well as general printed electronics applications.  High resolution printing can be readily achieved enabling use in semiconductor assembly and packaging applications.  Materials are sold globally and can be purchased directly on-line and shipped within 5 days.

Dycotec are also developing other tailored ink systems for use with Optomec systems for specific customer requirements as part of the formulation service we offer for customised inks.
