Dycotec Materials develops and manufactures advanced materials used in life-enhancing products such as clean energy eg solar cells, medical devices and electric vehicles.  We are a dynamic, rapidly growing British owned company that has recently purchased a 21,000ft2 R&D/advanced manufacturing facility and are now seeking to hire individuals whose expertise will help us to continue to deliver our cutting edge products at high quality.

Position Overview:

We are now seeking a manufacturing operator who will be responsible for manufacturing a broad range of chemical products.  You will work closely with our R&D and production engineering team producing and testing both small and large quantities of materials to high quality standards.

Role Requirements:

  • Production of a wide variety of inks and pastes
  • Quality Control and testing of manufactured materials
  • Ensure Health and safety procedures are strictly followed
  • Undertake all process cleaning schedules to meet company standards for cleanliness and hygiene
  • Ensure production area is kept clean and tidy at all times
  • Work with R&D/production engineering team to introduce efficiencies and new products
  • Completion of paperwork relating to production quality checks and production stock
  • Maintenance of equipment in accordance with procedures
  • Undertake any other tasks as reasonably required by your line manager to meet business needs

  • Flexibility – will need to work in different departments and undertake varied work

  • Good level of Maths and English
