Thick Film Dielectric Paste for Multilayer Hybrid Circuits

View our Dielectric products...

Dycotec Materials offer a high temperature fired, screen printable dielectric thick film pastes. These materials are fired at a temperature of 850°C. They offer excellent voltage breakdown. The systems are designed for printing on austenitic and ferritic steel, matching the coefficient of thermal expansion of these substrates and used for heaters and circuits on steel.

Our dielectric thick film paste technology creates highly dense, extremely durable electronic circuits. Three layers are typically applied.

We work closely with our customers to ensure swift adoption of these materials including site visits to run print trials, analysis of printed products at our extensive technology centre in the UK to ensure excellent reliability and rapid supply of materials (typically shipping within 5 - 10 days). If needed, we can rapidly tailor formulations for specific customer requirements.

Benefits of our Dielectric Thick Film Paste systems:

  • Printed dielectrics/insulators offering excellent levels of durability
  • Developed for use on different stainless steel types
  • Excellent dielectric breakdown characteristics
  • Compatible with DM-SIP-14001
  • RoHS compliant
