Dycotec Materials offer a high temperature fired, screen printable overglaze thick film pastes. These materials are fired at a temperature of 525°C. They offer excellent protection. The systems are designed for printing on Dycotec’s range of thick film conductors and printed resistors. Low temperature firing ensures that the performance of these underlying structures are not affected by the overglaze.

We work closely with our customers to ensure swift adoption of these materials, including site visits to run print trials, analysis of printed products at our extensive technology centre in the UK to ensure excellent reliability and rapid supply of materials (typically shipping within 5 - 10 days).
