DM-RES-14301S

Silver/platinum (<2.0%) resistor paste for screen printing heating elements on ceramics and dielectric-coated steel. Delivers 100 mΩ/□ at 20 µm fired thickness with a reduced TCR of 2000 ppm/°C for more stable resistance across operating temperature than pure silver systems. Fires at 850 °C.

DM-RES-14302S

Higher-resistance silver/platinum (<1.8%) resistor paste for screen printing heating elements on ceramics and dielectric-coated steel. Delivers 200 mΩ/□ at 20 µm fired thickness with a TCR of 2000 ppm/°C, suited to heater designs needing higher element resistance in shorter track lengths. Fires at 850 °C.

DM-RES-14402

Low-TCR silver/platinum (2.0%) resistor paste for screen printing heating elements on ceramics and dielectric-coated steel. Delivers 200 mΩ/□ at 20 µm fired thickness with a TCR of 1500 ppm/°C, the most temperature-stable Ag/Pt grade, for heaters requiring consistent power output across their operating range. Fires at 850 °C.

DM-RES-14401S

Silver/palladium (2.0%) resistor paste for screen printing heating elements on ceramics and dielectric-coated steel. Delivers 100 mΩ/□ at 20 µm fired thickness with a low TCR of 1500 ppm/°C, combining standard element resistance with strong temperature stability. Fires at 850 °C.

, , printed-resistorscreenceramic steel
DM-RES-14405S

Silver/palladium (2.0%) resistor paste for screen printing heating elements on ceramics and dielectric-coated steel. Delivers 500 ± 50 mΩ/□ at 12.5 µm fired thickness with a TCR of 1500 ppm/°C, for compact heater layouts needing high element resistance. Fires at 850 °C.

Our resistor thick film paste technology creates highly dense, extremely durable electronic circuits.  Resistor thick film paste systems are manufactured either from silver, silver-platinum or silver-palladium systems.  These systems have controlled resistances and thermal coefficient of resistances (TCR).

We work closely with our customers to ensure swift adoption of these materials including site visits to run print trials, analysis of printed products at our extensive technology centre in the UK to ensure excellent reliability and rapid supply of materials (typically shipping within 5 - 10 days). If needed, we can rapidly tailor formulations for specific customer requirements.

Benefits of our Printed Resistor Thick Film Paste systems:

  • Printed Resistors offering excellent levels of durability
  • Controlled Temperature Coefficient of Resistance (TCR)
  • Controlled Resistance
  • Compatible with DM-SIP-14001 for end terminations and Dycotec insulator dielectric pastes such as DM-INS-14100
  • RoHS compliant
