Silver Palladium Thick Film Paste for Resistor & Hybrid Circuits

View our Silver Palladium Conductors products...

Dycotec Materials offer a high temperature fired, screen printable silver-platinum conductor thick film pastes. These materials are fired at a temperature greater of 850°C. They offer exceptional levels of durability. Applications for these materials include heaters and sensors for industrial applications. They are typically used to manufacture end termination pads of devices providing excellent solderability.

DM-SIP-14031S

Silver/palladium solderable cermet paste for screen printing terminations for chip resistors, potentiometers, and heaters. Palladium addition provides solder leach resistance for repeated assembly operations. Fires at 850 °C with a smooth, dense layer on alumina, glass, Porcelain Enamel Steel (PES), and other ceramics.

DM-SIP-14035S

Silver/palladium (80:20) solderable cermet paste for screen printing heater terminations with good solder leach resistance at moderate palladium content. Fires at 850 °C with a smooth, dense layer on alumina, glass, Porcelain Enamelled Steel (PES), and other ceramics. Mixed bonded system.

DM-SIP-14036S

Silver/palladium (85:15) solderable cermet paste for screen printing heater terminations, a lower-palladium grade for cost-sensitive applications retaining leach resistance. Fires at 850 °C with a smooth, dense layer on alumina, glass, Porcelain Enamelled Steel (PES), and other ceramics.

DM-SIP-14033S-6-1

Silver/palladium (6:1) solderable cermet paste for screen printing heater terminations, balancing leach resistance against palladium cost between the 3:1 and 80:20 grades. Fires at 850 °C with a smooth, dense layer on alumina, glass, Dycotec dielectrics, and other ceramics. Mixed bonded system.

Our silver-palladium conductor thick film paste technology creates highly dense, extremely durable electronic circuits. These silver palladium conductive thick film paste systems contain varying levels of palladium to improve leach resistance and therefore solderability.

We work closely with our customers to ensure swift adoption of these materials including site visits to run print trials, analysis of printed products at our extensive technology centre in the UK to ensure excellent reliability and rapid supply of materials (typically shipping within 5 - 10 days). If needed, we can rapidly tailor formulations for specific customer requirements.

Benefits of our Silver Palladium Conductive Thick Film Paste systems:

  • Conductors offering excellent levels of durability
  • Silver alloy systems with varying levels of palladium to improve solderability. Excellent solderability with SAC and Sn95/Ag5 solder paste systems
  • RoHS compliant
