Biosensor Inks

Dycotec Materials offer a complete portfolio of inks and pastes to produce printed biosensor devices including; silver-silver-chloride for reference electrodes, hydrophobic carbon, solid-state electrolytes and junction layer pastes. Additional materials for device construction including silver, gold and platinum conductors and dielectric and protective overcoat layers are also available.

These materials find application in markets including; ISE (Ion Selective Electrodes), wearable medical devices, biosensors eg blood glucose monitoring and other electrochemical sensors.

Our inks can be processed at low temperature and are suitable for plastic substrates such as PET.
